Total Solar Eclipse

A total solar eclipse happens when the sun, the moon, and the Earth are
perfectly aligned – when the moon is directly between the sun and the Earth
and blocks out the solar surface.
Posey County, IN will be at 100% totality. This event will not happen in our area again for another 600 years! Join us on the path of totality and enjoy gorgeous county viewing, two great rivers and fun activities throughout this great county.
