Author of “The Courage to Be,” Paul Tillich is widely regarded as one of the most influential theologians of the 20th Century. The late Jane Blaffer Owen of New Harmony and Houston, Texas, considered Tillich an important mentor and friend, and chose to create a park in his honor.

Dr. Stephen Butler Murray, president and professor of systematic theology and preaching at the Ecumencial Theological Seminary in Detroit, and Mazz Swift, a vocalist and violinist from New York City.
