Moonlight Paddle at Hovey Lake

Join us for this great opportunity to learn more about local nighttime nature and the night sky. A guide will lead participants while they canoe/kayak/SUP around Hovey Lake on a tour that starts in the twilight of the setting sun and ends under the glow of the bright, nearly super moon. Hovey Lake offers an easy paddling experience, but participants must be 10 years and older to attend. Bring your own paddlecraft, life vest, a flashlight, and adequate clothing for the cool evening tour. Plan to arrive in the parking lot with enough time to prepare your paddlecraft.
