PIP and the Garden Club of New Harmony are excited to announce our 4th annual event! This is the first time to have it in early Spring. Our speaker will be Kelley Morgan who is the Site Manager of the Indiana State Historic Sites at New Harmony.
Spring is a great time to identify invasives, as their green buds are typically before the native plants. As a result, they can impact and block development of spring ephemeral plants and other natives.
The presentation at the WMI will be followed by an optional golf cart tour in New Harmony. We will have a route along the Wabash River as well as an alternate in the event of seasonal floods
