Pierogi Party with Barb Job-Packham

Barbara Job-Packham is the Queen of Pierogi-making. As the matriarch of a multi-generational household (complete with her still cooking 91-year old mother), she has been known to make 400 pierogi at a whack! She even fashions some that are gluten-free. This hands-on class will demo a dough, but will use some Barb makes ahead of time to actually make the pierogis. She will lead you through making a variety of fillings and guide you as you cut, fill, and boil — and on some of the savory ones, fry them with onions. Cheese and potato. Fruit. Sweet cheese. Yum! You will get to eat what’s produced and you will leave with recipes and techniques to create your own.
